Our 14-day window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. Refunds are not granted after this period.
When you are eligible
You are eligible for a refund if all of the following are true:
- You request it within 14 days of your original purchase.
- You hit a genuine problem (the plugin failed to install or a core feature does not work) that we were unable to resolve.
- You contacted our support first and gave us a fair chance to fix it.
- You agree to deactivate and delete Spin Rush from all your sites and destroy any copies.
- You have not already been refunded and have not opened a chargeback or payment dispute.
When we cannot offer a refund
- The issue is caused by a conflicting third-party theme or plugin, custom code or your hosting environment. We will always try to help, but these are outside the plugin.
- You simply changed your mind, no longer need it, purchased by mistake or found a cheaper alternative. The free live demo is there so you can decide first.
- The plugin works as described but did not produce the marketing results you hoped for. Spin Rush is a tool; leads and conversions depend on your traffic, offer and setup, and no plugin can guarantee them.
- The request is made after the 14-day window, concerns a renewal payment, or you have previously been refunded or filed a chargeback.
Renewals
Annual licenses renew automatically so your updates and support do not lapse. You will receive a reminder email 30 days before each annual renewal, and you can cancel the renewal at any time before that date (email us if you need help). Renewal payments are non-refundable, but you keep full access until the end of the paid term. Lifetime licenses do not renew.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge; we are happy to help. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first will result in your license being revoked and may make you ineligible for future purchases.
How refunds are processed
Spin Rush is sold through Freemius, Inc., our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Freemius to the original payment method. Any difference caused by exchange rates or payment-processor fees between the purchase and refund dates is outside our control.
Our discretion
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We reserve the right to decline requests that are abusive, fraudulent or clearly an attempt to use the plugin for free.
