These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at pickitech.com (the “Website”), together with any content, products, software, and services we make available through it (collectively, the “Services”). The Website and Services are operated by Lac Tuan Luong, a sole proprietor trading as “Pickitech” (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, browsing our content, or purchasing our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or Services.

Pickitech is a technology-focused website that publishes reviews, comparisons, guides, and other editorial content to help readers choose technology products. In addition to this editorial content, we develop and sell our own commercial WordPress software product, Spin Rush, through this Website.
Parts of the Website may include an interactive demonstration of Spin Rush. Your use of any interactive game or opt-in form is subject to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
3. Affiliate Disclosure

4. Purchases and Payments
Purchases of the Spin Rush plugin are processed by Freemius, Inc. (“Freemius”), which acts as the merchant of record for these transactions. This means Freemius collects your payment, issues invoices, calculates and handles any applicable taxes, and manages your license on our behalf. We do not process or store your payment card details.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Any sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes will be determined and applied by Freemius at checkout based on your location. Current plans are:
- Annual — $49 per year, for use on one (1) site.
- Lifetime — $149 one-time, for use on one (1) site.
By completing a purchase, you also agree to Freemius’s checkout terms and policies, which apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms. We reserve the right to change our prices and plans at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.
5. Software License (End User License Agreement) for Spin Rush
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Spin Rush plugin on the number of websites permitted by the plan you purchased (the Annual plan and the Lifetime plan each permit use on one (1) site).
Permitted use. You may install and use the plugin on the licensed site(s), configure it for your own business or clients’ sites (within your license limit), and receive updates and support while your license is active.
Prohibited use. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or required by applicable law, you may not:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the plugin, any part of it, or your license key;
- share, publish, or transfer your license key to any third party;
- use a single-site license on more sites than your plan permits; or
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Open-source components. The PHP code of the Spin Rush plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later, to the extent required for WordPress plugins. However, other bundled materials — including but not limited to images, graphics, fonts, sounds, CSS, JavaScript assets, branding, and the “Spin Rush” name and logo — as well as the license key itself, are not licensed under the GPL and remain our property or that of our licensors. Your rights to those materials and to the license key are limited to what these Terms expressly grant.
Updates and support. Access to plugin updates and to our support is tied to an active license. If your Annual license expires and is not renewed, the plugin will continue to function on your licensed site, but you will no longer be entitled to updates or support until you renew. Lifetime licenses include updates and support in accordance with the plan as offered at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms, including any of the prohibited uses above.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Spin Rush purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, eligibility, and how to submit a request. Refunds are processed through Freemius as merchant of record.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website — including text, reviews, guides, graphics, logos, images, and the design and layout of the Website — together with the Spin Rush software (excluding third-party and open-source components under their own licenses) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and share our editorial content for personal, non-commercial use with appropriate attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit our content or software for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by an applicable open-source license.

The sale of Spin Rush is completed through Freemius, Inc. as merchant of record, and the payment transaction is governed by Freemius’s own terms and policies. To the extent any dispute or claim concerns these Terms or your license to use Spin Rush, these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where such laws apply, you keep the rights they grant you and may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
